With over four decades in construction, Ken leads Armor’s technical planning and field execution. His South Florida experience spans commercial, hospitality, institutional and luxury residential projects. He previously founded and led Wellington Equestrian Development and Trycon Builders.
Ken connects the details on the drawings with the realities of building. His understanding of structural systems, construction sequencing and trade coordination shapes how Armor approaches each project. He sets clear expectations, addresses questions early and stays involved in the work.

Megan leads the planning, coordination and business operations behind Armor’s projects. She brings more than 15 years of experience in South Florida commercial and luxury residential construction, working from early planning and permitting through construction and closeout.
She connects owners, designers and field teams around the decisions that matter: scope, budgets, changes and responsibilities. Combining construction experience with a background in business administration, Megan uses modern project systems to keep information organized and communication clear—so clients understand where their project stands and what comes next.
