ABOUT ARMOR BUILDING CORPORATION

Armor Building Corporation is a commercial and hospitality-focused general contractor built on decades of field leadership and disciplined operational control. We operate in environments where expectations are high, tolerances are tight, and schedules leave no margin for guesswork.

Every project begins with defined scope, clear accountability, and a deliberate plan for execution. We identify risk early, structure decisions, and align teams so construction moves with intention — not reaction.

We build with intention.

KENNETH AUSSIKER

President | Certified General Contractor (CGC059256)

Kenneth Aussiker leads Armor Building Corporation with more than 40 years of construction leadership across commercial, institutional, hospitality, specialty facilities, and high-end residential projects throughout South Florida.

As an owner and builder, Ken has founded and led Wellington Equestrian Development, Trycon Builders, and now Armor Building Corporation. His work spans complex facilities and performance-driven environments where structural integrity, sequencing, and long-term durability are non-negotiable.

Ken understands buildings from the inside out — how they are detailed, coordinated, and built in the field. He is fluent in structural systems, means and methods, and the realities of trade integration at scale. That understanding shapes how he plans, budgets, and leads both preconstruction and execution.

His leadership is direct and disciplined. He demands clarity in drawings, scope, and responsibilities before work begins and maintains a field-forward presence throughout construction.

At Armor, Ken sets the standard: no assumptions, no drift, no compromise in execution.

MEGAN MARTA

Operations & Construction Management
Certified Building Contractor (CBC1263840) | B.A. Business Administration

Megan Marta leads operations and construction management with over 15 years of experience delivering commercial and high-end residential projects across South Florida. She operates across the full project lifecycle — from planning and permitting through execution and closeout — treating every phase as a lever for control.

Her focus is ownership of outcomes. She drives early scope definition, aligns teams around defined deliverables, and protects budgets and schedules through disciplined cost control and change management. Gaps are identified before they become change orders. Questions are asked before they become issues.

She insists on documentation clarity, coordinated information flow, and accountable communication between ownership, design teams, and field operations. Her role is to translate vision into defined scope and convert strategy into measurable execution.

Megan integrates modern systems and AI-assisted workflows into day-to-day operations — not as decoration, but as infrastructure. She uses technology to increase transparency, sharpen decisions, and eliminate preventable inefficiencies in a high-demand commercial environment.

Her approach replaces chaos with structure, assumption with documentation, and reaction with deliberate action.

COMPLEMENTARY LEADERSHIP. STRUCTURED EXECUTION.

Armor Building Corporation is led by a complementary partnership: technical field authority paired with disciplined operational control.

Ken anchors the firm in constructability, structural understanding, and field-driven execution. Megan anchors it in systems, accountability, and operational precision. Together, they align vision, scope, schedule, and cost from the first conversation through final turnover.

The result is structured, accountable construction — commercial and hospitality projects delivered with clarity, control, and intention.
